Oui Oui

We had the opportunity to take a European cooking class with two of the most renown chefs,
Jean Louis Montecot and Chef Scanu.
Oh my goodness, it was a blast!
I learned so much and have a desire to cook now. (You're welcome husband.)
Salt Lake has a few new restaurants called Caterina, Cucina-toscana and Vivace.
If you are in the area, GO. CHECK. THEM. OUT.
The chefs were hilarious and so willing to answer questions or make fun of you. ;)
We learned how to make Pumpkin Risotto, Pear Gorgonzola Risotto, Sabayon, Pork Tenderloin, Mushroom Cake (Sounds iffy, but its delicious!) and my personal favorite was the TOMATO WATER.
Yes, you read that right.
Oh my. My mouth is watering right now just thinking about it.
They are starting to do classes on Saturdays from 1-4
(I'd call to make sure they are doing it before you leave the house)
And get this... it's free.
F.R.E.E.
We had so much fun. Chef Montecot would hit on my grandma, then he'd get off on a tangent about how the alcohol in the wine gets cooked out of the dish so you don't have to worry about getting drunk.
Then when Chef Scanu was teaching, he {Montecot}would  interrupt and an go off on another tangent.
Then we ate delicious food and drooled over the next dish.
So... Who wants to come over for dinner?!
